In these uncertain times, we at Lam Vascular & Associates want you to know we’re here for you. Our commitment to the vascular health of every patient we serve remains our top priority. We’ve always said, Your Next Step Matters, and we believe, now more than ever, Our Next Step Matters, too.
Below are featured some of the services we are continuing to offer during these trying times as well as some new services we can offer to you remotely. At Lam Vascular & Associates, we are committed to continuing to make strides in providing for our patients in the safest way possible.
We are focused on keeping our patients and our team safe during this unprecedented time. For this reason, the Lam Vascular & Associates Dallas office remains open to see patients with acute vascular issues and emergencies at this time.
The vascular health of our patients is important to us. We want to be sure the lines of communication remain open, so that any emergent vascular issues can be identified and addressed in the office, if needed. Our commitment to you is that your vascular care will not be hindered, especially during this time.
To meet this need, we have implemented the ability to perform telehealth visits for current and new patients. And don’t worry; there’s no app or software you need to purchase or download.
This option is available to all of our current patients as well as new patients. If you need a follow-up appointment or even just have a question for your doctor or nurse practitioner, please consider scheduling a telehealth visit. At this time, it is the best and safest option. And remember, if your issue is of a serious nature and identified as acute, we will see you in our office.
Here’s How Telehealth Works:
- Call us at 214.345.4160 to schedule your telehealth visit.
- At your appointment time, you will enter your provider’s virtual waiting room using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Note: Your device must have audio and video capability.
- It will ask you to “check in” by entering your first and last name. You may check in early if you’d like and test your device.
- You do not have to do anything further once you are checked in and ready to go; your provider will join you at your scheduled appointment time.
