Angio Suite

Today, Americans are busier than ever! And regardless of profession or lifestyle, we all want more convenience but without sacrificing quality. This is especially true where healthcare is concerned.

Our dedicated state-of-the-art Angio Suite, located at our Dallas office on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, was designed with this truth in mind.

Customized Care Designed with You in Mind

So what exactly is an Angio Suite? So glad you asked.

The Lam Vascular & Associates Angio Suite is a fully dedicated and fully equipped space that allows patients to complete the entire perioperative process (pre-op, procedure and recovery) in our office versus a hospital setting. Being able to receive advanced comprehensive vascular care all in one place is a game-changer for people dealing with challenging conditions like Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD).

Benefits* include:

  • A safe, state-of-the-art environment dedicated to comprehensive vascular care
  • A comfortable outpatient experience
  • The peace of mind of having access to Texas Health Resources facilities if needed
  • Leading-edge technology in the hands of experienced vascular experts
  • Reduced wait times and no hospital stay (return home sooner, shorter recovery) in most cases

*For informational purposes only. Like with any medical procedure, results will vary based on a number of factors. Please consult with your physician before undergoing a procedure. More information here.

Saving Limbs, Saving Lives

Helping our patients regain their health and their lives is an honor we never take lightly. That we are able to provide leading-edge vascular care in a setting that is both convenient and comfortable for our patients is just icing on the cake!

“In this day and age, when seniors can sometimes get backburner treatment, I was truly amazed at the level of care I received at Lam Vascular & Associates. I know they have hundreds of patients, but I sincerely felt like I was the only one.”
David E.

“They helped me get my life back. I live an active, healthy life and they understood how important that is to me. <The Lam Vascular team> put in a lot of hours with me, checking on me and making sure I kept that leg. That kind of thoroughness of care is impressive.”
Steve M.

Procedures Performed in Our Angio Suite

Advanced imaging, diagnostic and treatment technologies allow the vascular experts at Lam Vascular & Associates to perform minimally-invasive, image-guided procedures including:

Angioplasty and Stenting

A catheter with a deflated balloon is threaded through the artery to the narrowed part and then inflated to break the plaque and expand the artery. Then, a stent is put in place to keep the artery open.

Laser Atherectomy

Laser atherectomy is an FDA-approved, minimally invasive technique for removing plaque from blood vessels within the body. The procedure uses a catheter that emits high-energy ultraviolet light to unblock the artery.

Before undergoing any procedure, we encourage all patients to discuss with their doctor the potential benefits, risks and side effects that may be associated.

*As with any medical procedure, there could be side effects, risks and/or complications, so it is important to discuss all of these with your physician. More information.
