Still Safely Seeing Patients and Performing Outpatient Procedures

On June 26, 2020, Governor Greg Abbott issued Executive Order GA-27 in response to the need for increased hospital capacity to help in managing COVID-19. The order applies to hospitals in four counties (Bexar, Dallas, Harris and Travis). The order mandates that, until further notice, hospitals must postpone all surgeries/procedures which are not medically necessary to diagnose or correct a serious medical condition or to preserve the life of a patient.

This executive order does not apply to outpatient procedures such as endovascular PAD procedures and vein treatment (sclerotherapy, ablation) performed in our angio suite at Lam Vascular & Associates.

Please know we are taking every precaution necessary and watching national, state and local orders closely. Click here for our current safety precautions.

Thank you for your continued support,

Russell C. Lam, MD
